BEHIND THE APRON
Cooking has always been second nature to me. What started as a childhood passion quickly grew into a lifelong love. I spent countless hours in the kitchen watching my mother cook — I even got yelled at once for standing too close to the stove while trying to see exactly what she was doing (I was that eager to learn!).
As I got older, I began cooking for family and friends, and soon, word spread beyond my home. I started selling plates right out of my parents’ house — cars would line up outside waiting for their food! That’s when I knew this was more than just a hobby. In 2021, I decided to take a leap of faith and turn my passion into a business.
Since then, my catering company has grown tremendously. The journey hasn’t always been easy — there were plenty of sleepless nights and long hours cooking for events on my own — but every challenge made me stronger and more dedicated to what I love.
Today, in 2025, my business is thriving. I specialize in both catering and private chef experiences, offering authentic and diverse cuisines from all cultures. No event is too small — from intimate dinners and girls’ nights to weddings, baby showers, birthdays, and bachelorette parties, I bring flavor, creativity, and care to every dish.
Based in Central New Jersey, I proudly serve clients all over, bringing unforgettable dining experiences wherever I go.
